Provide operational support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance and enterprise business applications.
Manage incidents, service requests, user accounts, and access permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Liaise with software vendors and external support partners to resolve technical issues.
Provide user guidance, training, and technical support.
Maintain application documentation and knowledge bases.
Support application upgrades, software releases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Help improve application performance, reliability, and business processes.
Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, particularly SAP ERP.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO and exposure to SAP MM.
- Organize Wikis
- Experience in application support and incident management.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing software vendors and external support partners.
- Experience supporting software testing, upgrades, and release activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.
- Desirable: Experience with Concur, Esker, Compucare, or healthcare and revenue cycle applications.
- Desirable: Experience administering Halo ITSM.
- Desirable: Knowledge of process automation, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, reporting, APIs, and integrations.
- Desirable: Previous experience working in healthcare.
