Salary/Rate: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour

With the current need for Mental Health Support Workers very high and the demand within our support environments constantly increasing, we are currently looking to register new staff members. As a company, we can offer both ad-hoc shifts as well as short-term placements and permanent roles to work around any commitments you may have.

We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers with enthusiasm, drive, and a real commitment to help us strive to achieve the best possible support for our service users. We do require you to have experience with supporting adults within a professional setting.

Requirements:

  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity to the needs of others
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
  • CPI Preferred
