Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers for our supported living services in Stockport. We provide person‑centred care and support to enable people with a learning disability to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.

Responsibilities

  • Support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home.
  • Assist with varied activities in the community.
  • Provide skilled support for people with health or behaviour needs to maintain their health and wellbeing.
  • Use personalised communication approaches and develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families.

What We Offer

We can offer a choice of full‑time and part‑time hours. In most of our services you will undertake sleep‑ins and cover various shift patterns (early and late shifts) across a 7‑day rota. Sleep‑ins are compensated with an additional allowance.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. Previous care and support experience is valued but not essential, provided that you have a passion for enabling people to enjoy their lives and achieve their goals.
