Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Retail Store Manager – We need an experienced, energetic leader to manage our phone store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the store team, creating a positive and productive place to work.
- Take care of the store’s daily operations, such as opening and closing procedures.
- Make plans for sales that will help you meet or beat your goals.
- Oversee merchandising to make sure that items are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
- Set up the timetable and ensure adequate staffing during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep track of sales reports, inventory logs and other administrative information.
- Monitor store performance metrics and report to the director.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or supervising in a retail setting.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Customer‑service‑first attitude.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
