Responsibilities
- Administration of medication
- Completion of care plans
- Personal care
- Spending time with residents
- Helping to feed and bathe
- Observing and monitoring residents and staff
- Assisting residents with daily tasks
- General housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Up-to-date DBS (application supported by employer)
- Good communication skills, patience and commitment
- Driver's licence (helpful but not required)
