Hearts at Home Home Care is expanding its team and looking for caring, compassionate Care assistants to support adults living at home with a range of needs throughout the local area.
Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain household items and supplies
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with the client
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, if required
- Help with medication reminders, if needed
Requirements
- Driving Licence (Full UK Licence)
- Access to your own vehicle
- Sponsorship may be considered if necessary
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and bending
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
