About the Role
Sales Assistant – you’ll be a key part of our team, assisting with sales and offering outstanding service to our customers. Previous experience with watch or jewellery repairs would be an advantage, but complete training will be given to people with little or no experience.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Positive mindset, “can-do”
- Passion for great customer service
- Excellent communicator with inherent gift for discussion
- Willing to study and develop your retail and product knowledge
- A natural ability to do mechanical or electrical repairs
- Well-organised and detail-oriented; polished presentation
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and readiness to go the extra mile; available to work any day
Responsibilities:
Sales of watches and jewellery
Giving clear verbal communication to our customers
Booking more complex repairs
