Shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Bootle. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis. This position requires working 1 day out of 7, 6 hours per week; however, flexibility for the rest of the week is also required, and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, pro‑rated between £3,135.00 to £3,827.84 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After being with the Company for 3 years, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds, regardless of your age. We are a town centre, retail park and digital footwear retailer, offering low prices and high‑quality footwear for the whole family, with free next‑day delivery on all orders, seven days a week. We operate from 270 stores and have approximately 2,200 employees across the UK.

Sales Assistant role: We don’t expect you to know Shoezone inside and out, which is why we train and develop all of our Sales Assistants to give them the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to be the best they can. However, you will need a genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Working in a busy and fast‑paced environment
