Duties of a Restaurant Manager
- Oversee and plan all restaurant operations to guarantee seamless operations and top‑notch customer service.
- Oversee the cooking and food preparation procedures while upholding strict quality and presentation requirements.
- Manage team members – servers, cooks, baristas – and craft staff schedules.
- Ensure all departments adhere to food safety laws and health requirements.
- Order supplies, monitor inventory levels, and manage stock control.
- Respond quickly to guest questions and concerns to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
