The role’s objective

Aligning business requirements with technological solutions across several platforms, such as SoftmeHR, VillageBook, and ReturnRide, will be a key responsibility of the IT business analyst. Analysing needs, creating procedures, maintaining data structures, and making sure all solutions satisfy legal and operational criteria are all part of the job.

In order to provide dependable, data‑driven, and scalable products, this role requires close collaboration with software engineers, UI/UX designers, data teams, and business stakeholders.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in data validation, system documentation, and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with API‑based integration and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Expertise with Power BI, SQL, and Excel for analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Knowledge of entity relationships, workflow automation, and data integration.
