We are looking for a reliable and practical part-time maintenance worker to support the upkeep of our HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) rental properties.
Hours
- Some flexibility required
- Availability for emergency call-outs (occasional)
- Part-time: 3 days per week
Pay
- Minimum wage during the probation period
- Pay to be reviewed after successful completion of probation
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across HMO properties and perform multi-trade tasks, including basic:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Minor repairs and upkeep
Essential Requirements
- Multi-trade ability with practical, hands-on skills
- Relevant trade experience or work history
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willing and able to respond to emergency maintenance issues
- Good communication skills and professional manner with tenants
- Right to work in the UK (if applicable)
