Responsibilities
- Support people to gain independence in daily life
- Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
- Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support through supervision
- Order medication and manage finances for supported people
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, or trauma
