Responsibilities

  • Support people to gain independence in daily life
  • Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
  • Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support through supervision
  • Order medication and manage finances for supported people

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, or trauma
