We are seeking professional and dependable Cleaning Operatives to support end‑of‑term turnover within student accommodation. The role involves conducting check‑out procedures, performing thorough cleaning duties, and assisting with furniture relocation as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Check‑out inspectionsto ensure rooms meet departure standards
- Deep cleaningof bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Furniture movementincluding repositioning beds, desks, and chairs
- Room preparationfor incoming residents
- Waste removaland general upkeep of shared spaces
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accommodation standards
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
