Job Overview
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will be very important in making sure our clients get the best care and support possible in their own homes. (1 to 1 Care and Support and Live Carers are also needed)
Areas Covered
Oxford and the surrounding areas: Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Wheatley, Headington, Carterton, Horspath, Oxford city, OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4, Chalgrove, Chinnor, Chipping Norton, Bicester.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping with personal care tasks like bathing, clothing, and grooming
- Helping with everyday tasks like cooking meals and reminding people to take their medicine
- Encouraging independence and keeping the space secure and comfortable
- Making close connections with clients and their families
- Following individual care plans and writing down any changes or observations
