At Asmall Hall, we are searching for a new Twilight Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for the kitchen clean-up after a busy day, making sure food is prepped for our chef team the next morning, and assisting care staff to make food/drinks for our residents throughout the evening.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to our Food Safety Management Documentation
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and support throughout the evening
- Actively participating in discussions with the kitchen team to improve the service
- Understanding the function of mandatory paperwork and recording food, freezer & fridge temperatures
- Ensuring that the crockery and cutlery are cleaned as per Infection Control Guidelines
- Supporting the care staff in providing refreshments to both residents’ families and professionals during the evening
