About the role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people in care. You will play a key role in supporting their emotional well-being, encouraging independence, and helping them make positive choices in their daily lives.
What we're looking for:
- A full UK driving licence
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
- A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
