The predicted salary is between 12 - 19 £ per hour.
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global e‑commerce technology group, THG, based in Altrincham. This is a full‑time, permanent role requiring right to work.
Shift Patterns
- Day Shift 07:00 – 19:00 (last hour paid at £13.71 per hour)
- Night Shift 19:00 – 07:00 (last hour paid at £13.31 per hour)
- Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including one weekend day
- Options: Sunday‑Tuesday and Sunday‑Wednesday next week; Wednesday‑Saturday and Thursday‑Saturday next week
- 60‑minute paid breaks; you will be paid for the full 12 h at work
- Overtime 1.5× after 48 hours worked in a week
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing a wide range of products
- Assigning work across different departments within the warehouse
- Labeling, wrapping and moving pallets
- Performing general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Interest in learning new skills – full training provided
- Strong communication and numeracy skills; good level of English required
- Excellent time‑keeping and high performance record
- Attention to detail
- Full‑time right to work in the UK
