We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Kingshill Court based in Wigan, WN6 0AR.

Salary: £13.35 per hour

Hours: 32 weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis.
  • Follow care plans, administer medication, and assist with daily living.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Support Worker experience is essential.
  • Support adults with mental health illnesses on a person-centred basis.
  • Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community, and domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
