Are you an experienced Kitchen Assistant? Do you want a rewarding catering role with school-friendly hours? We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join a school in Bolton.
The Role
- Help prepare and serve meals, following menus & dietary needs
- Keep kitchen & dining areas clean and safe
- Support the Catering Manager and team
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
- An enhanced DBS certificate is desired (essential for working in education settings)
- Strong awareness of food hygiene and safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
