We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various sites. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident supervising others.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff daily
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Train and support team members on cleaning procedures and health & safety practices
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
- Prepare staff rotas and ensure adequate cover for shifts
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
