Our company, Deben Willow Care Ltd., is situated in Woodbridge. We are a privately held company that offers community care services. To expand our current workforce, we are seeking dedicated Community Care Workers.
As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence. You will provide services such as personal care, medication support, companionship, and a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that help people stay safe, independent, happy, and content in their own homes.

Personal development
Every training session is in-person. To be considered for this role, you need to have a driver's license and your own transportation. When a post is offered, an improved DBS and references will be needed. Maintaining accurate time is crucial. Computer-based expertise is crucial.
We have a two-week set roster and offer a 42-hour weekly contract. If you want to make up for staff absences and holidays, you can work extra overtime.
