About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, product quality, and operational excellence. You’ll lead by example, motivating and developing your team to achieve store targets and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment
- Training, motivating, and developing team members
- Maximising sales and profit while controlling costs (food, labour, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with Papa John’s brand standards
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining high product quality
- Creating a positive and friendly workplace culture
Ideal Candidates
- Proven management experience in the food delivery or quick service restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile
- Previous experience with Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut (preferred)
