Salary/Rate: £12.5 – £13 per hour, with overtime, mileage and bluelight card.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/the elderly in their own homes.
  • Offer the appropriate level of care in accordance with each user’s support plan.
  • Safeguard the rights and dignity of service users.
  • Support users to build confidence, self‑esteem and mental health management.
  • Assist with medication management.
  • Help with daily living skills and domestic chores.
  • Accurately keep daily records.
  • Maintain the independence of service users.
  • Assisting with personal care for both male and female users.
Requirements
  • Must drive own car/motorbike/moped/electric bike (no electric scooter).
  • Possess a valid UK licence and business insurance.
  • Good verbal communication skills and written standard of English.
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism.
  • Desirable but not essential: experience in care (full training provided).
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused approach.
  • Positive and friendly nature with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • Flexible working patterns: part‑time and full‑time opportunities available (permanent & contract).
