As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in increasing sales while providing our clients with outstanding service. This role depends on your ability to interact with clients, comprehend their demands and provide customised solutions. Principal Duties- Drive Sales and Revenue: Reach and surpass individual and team sales goals by actively interacting with consumers to learn about their needs and suggest goods or services that offer the greatest value.
- Customer Engagement: Establish a friendly, upbeat atmosphere to deliver exceptional customer service and win clients' loyalty.
- Reach KPIs and Targets: Regularly hit or surpass conversion rates, KPIs, and sales goals; monitor and document performance.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Follow up with leads and potential clients to guarantee satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Respond professionally to questions and concerns from customers.
