We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is energetic and focused on getting results to join our team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of finding new business prospects, creating good connections with clients, and increasing income. The Business Development Manager will use CRM software like Salesforce to keep track of leads and progress, making sure that the sales process runs smoothly from finding prospects to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Make and carry out strategic plans to find and acquire new business opportunities in target markets.
- Help the business expand, build, and maintain long-term connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on new prospects, industry trends, and competitor activity through market research.
- Show potential clients how valuable our products and services are by making strong proposals and pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to design targeted campaigns that reach the right audience.
- Use CRM software like Salesforce to accurately track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups as you manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals quickly while keeping the organization’s best interests in mind.

Experience & Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales or business development in a similar field.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that lead to measurable business growth.
