Responsibilities
- Help clients with everyday tasks such as clothing, grooming, and bathing.
- Assist clients with transfers and mobility.
- Keep track of and report any changes in physical or mental health.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help feed and transport meals when needed.
- Keep thorough and current records of care plans and progress.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure top‑quality treatment.
Requirements
- At least six months' prior experience in a comparable position.
- Availability of a vehicle.
