We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Hindi, English, and Gujarati to effectively communicate with patients and provide quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring patients’ health and comfort
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with medical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s surroundings
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families in Hindi, English
UK Visa sponsorship available only upon completion of probation (4-6 months)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Ability to speak and understand Hindi and English fluently
- A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Relevant healthcare certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Availability to work for 3 full working days
