Female Support Worker (28 Hours) – Darlington – £12.72 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Sunday – 7:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9:30pm and 9:30pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities:
- Help residents gain independence in daily life, support in personal care, teach new life skills, encourage community access, facilitate social activities, and provide holistic care within a dynamic team.
- Assist with negative behaviours, mental health support, following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
- Ensure residents experience quality of life improvements, support goal attainment such as cooking independently or travelling.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Resilient, flexible, composed approach.
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, behaviours of distress and mental health conditions.
- Caring attitude and passion to improve quality of life for residents.
