We are seeking a skilled, customer‑focused B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to perform line and base maintenance under Part 145, certify aircraft within approval limits, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Line and base maintenance under Part 145.
- Certify aircraft within approval limits.
- Oversee maintenance activities for safety and compliance.
- Handle enquiries from customers/crew professionally, manage through to completion, provide feedback and act as first point of contact.
- Maintain flexible work schedule as per business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- UK Part‑66 B1 and/or B2 License with type ratings on Bombardier Challenger 300/350, 604/605 or Global preferred.
- Experience in corporate/private aviation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, travel as needed.
- Full UK driving licence.
- 5‑year checkable history required for airport ID pass.
- Computer and administration skills – general working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, subject to license requirements.
Working Conditions
The Luton base operates 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Opening and closing hours are based on the customer’s requirements. Initial company induction training will require Monday–Friday work. Overtime may be agreed in advance and compensated via payment or lieu time. Alternative working hours or travel to other locations may be required.
