Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
- Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
- Offer emotional support and promote independence.
Requirements
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- At least 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
- Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or Access NI.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity, respect, empathy and other core qualities valued by the agency.
