Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker
Agency: Templewood Recruitment
Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary/Rate: £12.5 – £13 per hour, with overtime, mileage and bluelight card.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/the elderly in their own homes.
- Offer the appropriate level of care in accordance with each user’s support plan.
- Safeguard the rights and dignity of service users.
- Support users to build confidence, self‑esteem and mental health management.
- Assist with medication management.
- Help with daily living skills and domestic chores.
- Accurately keep daily records.
- Maintain the independence of service users.
- Assisting with personal care for both male and female users.
Requirements
- Must drive own car/motorbike/moped/electric bike (no electric scooter).
- Possess a valid UK licence and business insurance.
- Good verbal communication skills and written standard of English.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism.
- Desirable but not essential: experience in care (full training provided).
- Good problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused approach.
- Positive and friendly nature with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Flexible working patterns: part‑time and full‑time opportunities available (permanent & contract).
