We are looking for a Part‑time Cook to join the team at Greengate House. The role involves preparing and delivering quality meals that meet individual dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production of freshly prepared food.
  • Review menus with residents and incorporate their feedback to create appealing dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety compliance with legislation and organisational procedures.
  • Control costs within agreed budgets.

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or catering experience, including handling busy kitchen environments.
  • Food hygiene skills and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team while adapting to residents’ dietary needs.
