What you will do:
- Deliver person-centred care across residential homes, supported living, and community settings.
- Build confidence, provide emotional support, and help people thrive.
What you need:
- UK work eligibility.
- Minimum 6 months of UK paid care experience in the last 3 years.
- Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
