Resilience Personnel is a leading recruiting agency that provides high-quality and reliable staff to various care homes across the UK. We are looking for an agency Support Worker/Care Assistant to work part-time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating) in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with personal care needs such as washing, dressing and toileting.
  • Supporting residents in daily living activities including meals, hobbies and socialising.
  • Providing emotional and physical comfort and companionship to residents.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health and well-being.
  • Adhering to the agency’s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a care assistant, preferably in a care home setting.
  • A passion for person-centred care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work shifts including nights and weekends as per the rota.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
