JDR Recruitment works in partnership with a leading facilities management company to recruit several experienced Mobile Cleaners on a temporary contract. The role involves providing cleaning services across the Barnsley and Doncaster areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in commercial environments. Essential Criteria
- Previous experience within the cleaning industry, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel independently between multiple sites
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with staff and clients
- Confident in training, coaching, and supporting team members
- Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for additional cover when required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
- Willingness and ability to undergo a DBS check
Desirable Criteria
- Experience carrying out cleaning audits or quality inspections
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures, COSHH, and safe systems of work
- Experience working across multiple sites or contracts
