We are seeking a reliable and caring Assistant Childminder / Nursery Assistant to provide exceptional childcare for a family in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage children in various activities to promote learning and development
- Drive children to and from school, appointments and extracurricular activities
- Provide attentive childcare with a focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children as needed
- Assist with light household duties related to childcare
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, or a related field
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and prioritise the needs of multiple children
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanour
