Warehouse Operative – AM/PM Shift with up to £150 Performance Bonus
Location: Altrincham WA15 0AF (Manchester Piccadilly bus provided).
Duration: Ongoing.
Pay: £12.31–£19.66 per hour plus up to £150 performance bonus.
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 07:00–19:00 (last hour £13.71)
- Night Shift: 19:00–07:00 (last hour £12.31)
Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day.
Pay & Overtime:
- Day shift base £12.31/h, weekend £13.51/h.
- Night shift £13.71/h.
- 60‑minute paid break – full 12h paid.
- Overtime: 1.5× basic rate after 48 hours worked in one week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing a wide range of products.
- Assigning work across different departments.
- Label, wrap and move pallets within the warehouse.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes; full training provided.
- Good communication and numeracy skills; good level of English.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
- Full‑time role – must have full‑time Right to Work permitted.
