VHM Care is a family-run home care provider. Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community (Worthing).
We currently have a position available within our home care team and are looking for the right candidate to make a difference.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
- Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.

- Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.
