Responsibilities

  • Help clients with personal care duties, such as clothing, grooming, and bathing.
  • Help clients with everyday tasks like meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • To guarantee that each client’s unique needs are satisfied, adhere to individual care plans.
  • Keep thorough notes of your clients’ progress and notify the care manager or supervising nurse of any changes in their condition.
  • To deliver comprehensive treatment, effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other medical specialists.
  • As needed, drive clients to social events or appointments while making sure they are safe.
  • Make use of IT tools for communication and documentation while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Attend meetings and training events to improve your knowledge and abilities related to the position.

Qualifications

  • While not necessary, prior experience working in a care facility or providing home care is preferred.
  • A solid grasp of care plans and the capacity to carry them out successfully.
  • Outstanding written and spoken English communication abilities.
  • This position requires access to a car and a current driver’s license.

Sponsorship

Depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience, we are able to sponsor a skilled worker visa for this position. Although the majority of sponsored team members will be located in Letchworth Garden City, we are looking for people who are adaptable and prepared to cover in other service areas if necessary, such as offering assistance at our Wisbech branch. Accommodation will be supplied for the duration of the cover if travel to another area is required.
