Location: Warrington

Salary/Rate: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour

Working Hours: Part‑time – 24 hours per week. Bank worker hours available on Day, Waking Night, and Sleep Shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 care in rotation, covering all shifts and handling holiday and sickness cover for other team members.
  • Support a client with complex neurological needs throughout daily activities, including personal care, nutrition management, and mobility, in both home and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑standard health care and promote independence.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Suitable for female candidates meeting genuine occupational requirements.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex care needs is desirable; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and commit to an independent lifestyle support role.
  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
