We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. We are dedicated to providing person‑centred care and support. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an essential part in promoting the independence of our clients, listening ear, and most importantly, providing a smile to brighten up their day.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the office team
- Assisting with mobility and transferring the people we support
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the people we support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the people we support
- Documenting information accurately and in a timely manner
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- An open and honest ethos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work well when remote working
- Strong attention to detail
