We are looking for Care & Support Assistants who are person‑centred, dependable, and caring to join our team. This position is community‑based assistance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior personal attention and assistance with respect and decency.
- Help people in their own homes with household chores, medicine administration, meal preparation, washing, dressing, and companionship.
- Assist with mobility, including the use of equipment and hoists (training supplied).
- Use our digital care system (PASS) to keep accurate records.
- Encourage everyone’s autonomy, choice, and well‑being.
