We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Support Worker to join our welcoming and supportive team in a residential children’s home in Swadlincote. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in residential child care, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role

  • Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people with EBD
  • Promote positive behaviour management strategies

  • Maintain accurate records in line with policies and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
