We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general labour tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with site setup and preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
- Carry out general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials around the site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Assist with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks on site
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision as required
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
