Responsibilities
- Work full‑time hours averaging 36 to 42 hours per week, including 3 x 12‑hour day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, or 6‑hour shifts (8 am‑2 pm and 2 pm‑8 pm).
- Day shifts with paid breaks; lunch provided on full‑day shifts.
- Use the app system to book extra shifts as needed.
- Provide high‑quality care in a small, family‑run home.
Qualifications
- NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in adult health and social care.
- Prior senior‑level experience in a care setting.
- Level 2–5 qualifications accepted for all staff.
Experience
- Care home experience – 3 years (preferred).
- Work Location & Authorisation
- Work in person.
- Preferential UK work authorisation.
