We are seeking dedicated Secure Care Workers for daytime shifts to deliver exceptional care to children and young people, ensuring they are treated with compassion and respect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping them achieve positive outcomes by assisting with their education, health, and independence, while also fostering their self‑confidence. Experience and Skills

- Hold a Level 3 Diploma for residential childcare (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
- Commitment to support and care for vulnerable and traumatised young people.
- Engage in good child care practice.
