What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal hygiene care (washing, dressing, oral care, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Support with mobility and safe use of aids and lifting equipment, including safe manual handling when required
- Assist with medication in line with training, policy, and care plans
- Prepare or reheat meals, make drinks, and offer day‑to‑day support
- Maintain a safe and tidy home environment
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation
- Assist people to health appointments or shopping
- Keep professional and accurate records and report any changes in well‑being.

Who You Are:
- A minimum of 1 year care experience is required. We provide full training and support.
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Flexibility with working hours
- A commitment to kindness, professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and high standards
- Transport is preferred but not essential
