We are looking for caring, flexible, and motivated Relief Support Workers to provide person‑centred care and support to adults with mental health needs in Northenden, Greater Manchester. You will need to be committed to promoting independence, well‑being, and enabling service users to enjoy an active lifestyle.
The Relief Support Worker position enables you to work alongside and as an integral part of our structured and hardworking teams across all projects. This will enable you to develop a diverse range of experiences and knowledge whilst maintaining flexible working patterns to suit your circumstances. You will work closely with our local managers to book shifts in advance and plan around your availability, and you may also be offered shifts on an ad‑hoc basis. You will be paid weekly.
A minimum of twelve months of experience is essential for our Relief Support Worker roles. Required skills include:
