Personal care responsibilities include showering, dressing, cooking, housecleaning, food shopping, socialising, escorting to medical appointments, and providing transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support for clients.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and clean up.
- Shop for groceries.
- Socialise and support mental wellbeing.
- Escort clients to medical appointments.
- Transport clients as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid UK driver’s licence (essential).
- Positive references.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to think logically, assimilate information and prioritise responsibilities.
- Willin g to attend induction and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Visa sponsorship available after 6 months of employment (if applicable).
- Training & Advancement
New employees must complete induction training and are supported with tailored programmes.
Ongoing education and opportunities for advancement, including NVQ/QCF credentials, are available.
