Are you an adaptable and qualified Primary Supply Teacher looking for flexible work where you can focus on teaching?
We are seeking reliable and passionate teachers to join our pool for daily and short-term cover needs across our supportive primary schools in South Manchester (Chorlton, Withington, and other areas).
The Role
The core focus of this position is to provide high-quality classroom cover across different key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2) on an ad‑hoc, daily, or short‑term basis.
You will be responsible for delivering lessons planned by the class teacher, managing the classroom effectively, and ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils in their absence.

A competitive daily rate is paid in accordance with the Teacher’s Scale (MPS/UPS), based on your experience and the duration of the assignment.

- The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including ETCs.
- Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.

- Leads with high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans to pupils across the primary phase.
- Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment.
- Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Provide a brief handover to the class teacher upon completion of the cover assignment.
